Affordable Housing for Young Adults Building Their Future

Ninth Street Apartments is our newest housing development created to support young adults ages 18–30 as they take the next steps toward stability and independence. This program provides safe, affordable housing for individuals who are working toward their goals while building a stronger future.


Residents may include young adults who are:

  • Aging out of foster care

  • Experiencing homelessness or housing instability

  • Attending college or workforce training programs

  • Working toward financial independence

  • Qualifying under 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines for the City of San Angelo

Program Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be between the ages of 18–30

  • Meet income qualifications under 60% AMI guidelines

  • Demonstrate a commitment to education, employment, or personal growth goals
